This special Balsamic  has an intense black colour and is at the same time clear and bright. It offers a balanced and harmonious taste, intense and structurally complex, accompanied by very important tannic notes. It is a product of the highest quality, prestigious and ideal for special occasions.

 

Ingredients : Cooked grape must, wine vinegar. It is a 100% natural product. It contains no preservatives, dyes, thickeners, antioxidants, sweeteners or added sulphites.

Acidity : > 6%

Density : about 1.35

In the kitchen : This balsamic vinegar is recommended to accompany mature cheeses and fresh hors d’oeuvres, and can be used in the preparation of desserts.

Matured in barrels made of various precious woods, our Balsamic Condiment “Legendario 26” is harmonious, balanced, round, full, intense and enveloping on the palate. Its structurally complex taste is enhanced by persistent tannic notes. It is produced in the quiet of the acetaia in Modena, thanks to the combination of cooked must from the indigenous grapes grown on the family’s land and quality wine vinegar.

Its long maturing allows this balsamic condiment to present unique organoleptic characteristics, right from the first taste.

These precious ingredients are matured in small barrels made of different precious woods, from which they absorb their characteristic round, intense, enveloping and structurally complex note.
